Cash quote frustration

What a frustration..... I have phone to get a cash quote and that seems to be impossible. I have given the all the vehicle detail with the vin number and they can not process it, apparently to difficult. I have worked now with the third call center personnel and still the wrong item is ordered. How is it possible to get it so wrong??????
