Car bonnet damage while windscreen is being repaired...

I took my car into PG Glass on Friday 31/07/2020 to get my windscreen replaced and the technician broke the latch on my bonnet. I had called Miway on Monday cause I had a crack on my windscreen and they told me PG Glass in Centurion was the closest place I could go to. So I took my car there on Friday afternoon. I booked my car in at 1:30pm and the technician drove my car into his work space. The first thing he did was open the my bonnet of my car to check it the processed to change the windscreen. Once he was done they called me to my car and I did a quick check to see if everything was ok with my car, I then saw that the bonnet of the car was still open so I tried to close it and it wouldn't close. So I called the technician back to ask him why it wouldn't close and he said he didn't know cause he didn't open it. Then he forced the bonnet closed cause more damage after I asked him not to force it. I called Miway for the second time to report the bad service I received for their vendor and they said I should take the car to be inspected by PG Glass again so they could see the damage. Apon my return I was met by a rude manager who insisted that the bonnwas damage before I came in on Friday. I then asked to see the camera footage in the work space and he hesitated then agreed. When we watched the footage we both saw his staff damage my car and he still after seeing the damage said that my car had been damaged previously even though we both saw his technician force the bonnet closed. It was just a horrible experience all in all.
