Can't get PG Glass to do my job or take my money!!!

<p>I phoned PG Glass in June to get a quote to replace all the window panes (3mm) at my home with more insulating 6mm laminated glass. National call centre is terrible, phoned about 5 times, 3 of these times to make appointments which were previously broken by the installation team. Eventually got two guys on site to give me a quote. They looked at the job, shook their heads and told me it would be a lot of labour, I told them I was happy to pay for extra labour, they kept complaining, I told them to stop complaining and give me a quote. They promised a quote the following day, never heard from them again! Phoned to follow up twice, then eventually gave up. How PG Glass stays in business is beyond me!!! </p>
