<p>Hindsight is 20/20 - always. It is with deep regret that I insisted that PG Glass must replace my windscreen. The service is pathetic as a simple request of please hold a moment for me is met with the phone dropped. You obviously don't need or want the business.</p>
As per our discussion, I do apologies for the miscommunication from the fitment centre.
The complaint has been escalated to the manager and the regional manager.
