<p>The branch in Edenvale/Jhb East - has poor customer service. Spoke to Nkosinathi/Casper. Actually I'm being nice by calling it service. A date is set then nothing happens. They say they will call you back and NOBODY EVER DOES. I sent so many emails and NOT EVEN ONE RESPONSE. I just want my cracked glass sorted. Is that too much to ask?</p>
