Broken fixtures after service

After having my windscreen replacement done at PG Glass in Pinetown, I noticed that my built in car cit microphone was dangling from the wire, and the bracket that is suppose to hold it up was missing. I called the staff back before I ledt their premises, after I stopped a member of staff wanting to fix it with insulation tape, and insisted on it being replaced, I was reassured that it would be replace and correct with no cost to me. Since then I have neither been able to get hold of the person assisting me, nor heard anything else from them! Promised deadlines (from their side) has come and gone, and nothing has happened!!
