Boksburg PG Glass Circus with no leadership

Last week Tuesday, I receive a call from PG Glass Boksburg at 13:54 arranging for my window to be replaced, on Monday the 18th May at 11:30. Great, I phone back at 13:55 on the same day asking if we can't do it earlier, I get told no Monday. Today, Monday 18 May 2020, I phone them at 08:34 to confirm the appointment for 11:30. All good. I drive there 33km get there at 11:12 go get scanned sanitized all good, they tell me I can pull my Bakkie in. I do that, the gentleman comes and says he will get the window, I can wait in the waiting room, but I stay at the bakkie. After 10 min, I see something is wrong, at about 11:40 the gentleman comes and says he has got some bad news my window has been send back, the manager phoned someone and that is it. WOW, while the so called wannabe Manager is hiding away in the office, no Management s****s to come out side and apologies for the absolute chaos there, why is there chaos, why does a customer drive and confirm appointments only to get there and they send his window back? Because the so called Manager has no control of what he is doing and sitting in a office, doing what know what, shameful, then they over charge for a piece of run down not even sized coverage for a temp fit.
