Beware of PG Glass Head Office - Ignoring emails for a refund of +R3200 for a sliding door
If it was possible to rate them a zero, I would without any doubt. PG Glass Edenvale replaced my sliding door and I paid using my card. Our complex's insurance paid PG Glass again instead of paying the money into my levy account. I have been sending emails and WhatsApp messages to the relevant staff requesting my refund, from the look of things my refund hasn't been processed. My question is , why are keeping my money - two payments for the same thing. Beware of their tactics.

I sent emails without a response. Your complaint officer is useless. How difficult is it to refund someone else's money? What ya'll did is, daylight *******. I am in the process of taking PG Glass to the Consumer Commission. Sick of ****** 😡
