Bad Service PG Glass Centurion

I took my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement in May at PG Glass Centurion. In the week my review mirror fell off. Could understand why. Looked at the back of the mirror the hole were the round ball clips in is the plastics is split I to 2-3 pieces and looks like the plastic could have been melted to stretch the plastic so it can fit over the ball. I phone the call centre to report this. They sent them and ema it's been 3 days now I still haven't received a phone call from the fitment centre or nothing. This is the worse service I ever received I will never go to them ever again. You take you vehicle there hoping you get it back without anything broken. How professional is this that the call centre can't even get through to them.
