Bad service experience

<p>I left my car around 08:00 at PG Glass Kimberley. I was second on the list to be serviced. Went for work leaving my car which they promised would be finished soon. Four hours later they had not called. I tried to call, got through the number that kept playing ads for like ten minutes. I had to walk around 14:00 back to their centre only to find out my car was finished but they had not bothered to call.</p>
