Bad service and price inconsistancy

<p>If had a new mirror cut at PG Glass for a antique dresser. In gave the old mirror in as example and paid R250 for the mirror on my arival home in found the mirror does not fit, as it is a oval mirror in four d that they cut it back to back which makes the shape not to fit. In send it back in order for them to fix their mistake and also send the frame with and asked them toe put the mirror in the frame. When they delivered the mirror to a friends house in town they invoiced me R450 and all they did was shave the edges off and mounted it so bad that you could see the edges of the mirror in the frame. In drove back to them and asked for a quote to mount a mirror in a frame if it have everything, the lady Carolina Barnard said R250 in then asked her why was it charged R450 and she said she gave me discount and they delivered. So it showed he the poor quality of the work she said they would do it over and also discuss the price with the manager. On my arival today to colected my mirror she informed me that her boss said he won't charge me for the mirror they had to cut over again!! (That was their mistake and how can the transport be halve the price)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
