Bad service and my windscreen looks worse read below

<p>Bad service and my windscreen looks worse after I had a crack fixed through the insurance on my Mercedes benz, I seriously feel its simply because I went close to close of business and received the worse service from a daughter(consultant)and father(technician) working at PG gGass Plumstead Cape Town , I contacted the call centre two weeks ago and no response until now I did not want to go public but what can I do.
