Bad service

PG Glass Paarl Branch. We received a quote for fire rated glass from the Sales and Marketing Manager, Paolo da Cruz, on 4 Sep requesting 80% deposit and indicating a 10 - 15 days lead time for manufacturing. We paid for the glass in FULL on 5 Sep (now 20 working days later). Update received from him on 18 Oct where he indicated that he will request an ETA for the glass. I requested another update on 20 Oct and Paolo responded with the same answer on 23 Oct. Still no ETA indicated!! After several phone calls to the company in the last couple of days, still no response. Paolo is just never in office! E-mail sent on 30 Sep has still not been answered. I will surely not do business with this branch again. I understand that the glass is manufactured by a third party, but we have been waiting for an updated ETA now for since 18 Oct!! This glass panel is now holding our project back as we cannot get our glazing and Fire CoC's without this glass being installed. We are a in the building industry and purchase large amounts of glass on a regular basis.
