Bad service

I visited PG glass in Fourways and requested a quote for a shower glass. Vasco came out and took measurements and then dissappeared. I spent 2 weeks tracking him down for my quote. I finally received it on the 21st Jan 2016 and made my payment the same day. Today, I managed to get ahold of him after numerous attempts to find out what is going on with my order. As it was supposed to take 15 working days. He then told me that, the glass is ready but I need to wait 2-3 weeks before the glass is fitted as there was no-one available to do the fitting. I don't understand how a big company like PG Glass would make a customer wait this long for a service. So in essence, its 9 weeks in total for a service that is advertised on your website. 2 weeks for a quote and 7 weeks for delivery and fitting. Surely, there is something wrong? This has by far been the worst service I have ever received from any company.
