Bad service

Hello. I took my car into PG Glass in Sandton on the 19/3/2019 to have a shattered side window replaced. They quoted me, it was approved by the insurance on the same day and they ordered the window for me. By Friday 22/03/2019 I had still not heard from them and then called to find out when the glass would be there. I was told that it would be there by Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. This then turned into Monday and then Tuesday 26/03/2019. I dropped my car off on the morning of the 26th and arrived to fetch it that afternoon. The glass had been replaced, however they left shards in the boot whilst replacing it, and I paid the excess. After waiting for ten minutes outside I realised that they could not find my car keys. I saw them searching the workshop frantically and eventually the customer service agent came out to tell me that they had located my keys in another customer's vehicle who had already left. The PG service vehicle was out and nobody at the premises had a car to take me home to get the spare keys. So, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the driver to come and take me home to fetch my car keys. At this point the manager had still not come out to apologise or speak to me at all. I went home, fetched the key, came back and fetched my car. What should have been a 10 minute interaction became an hour. When I enquired about my key being dropped off on my return, that is when the manager put in an appearance apologising for the MINOR inconvenience. I am most disappointed by the service I received and with the attitude of the manager at the store. I find it most irresponsible on their part to have left my car key in another customer's car and regard it as a serious safety concern.
