Bad Service

Aim trying to get hold of a PG glass for a vehicle inspection to be done when you search the web you find all locations for pg but all the numbers on the sides is going to a call center. I was holding on for more then 20 min before my call was answer only to get cut off. I try calling a different number and again to the call center. Aim staying in springs and the closes pg is boksburg or heidelburg. Aim working in meadowdale and in that area its edenvale midrand or boksburg. How is it possible to have so little branches and the consultants is up to scratch they drop calls and cant tel me if the pg are open for vehicle inspection on a Saturday. I don't want to know how aim going to struggle if i have a claim with them. The worst service ever and that just for a vehicle inspection.
