Bad service

Good day,

I am disappointed with the service I received from PG glass (Klerksdorp), I fitted my windscreen in September 2017, and it was not done properly because when it rains water gets into my car. I called this morning to explain to them then I was told that I need to bring the car for them to confirm (basically I must take my time to go to them, no efforts made from their site). I explained that I am not staying in Klerksdorp fulltime then the lady who assisted me says she will call PG glass in Vereeniging or Vanderbijlpark then come back to me. After 4 hours not hearing from them I called back and I was told that the lady is still busy with them. Then 5 minutes later she calls and tell me that Vereeniging will only be able to help me on Monday. My frustration is that it is raining every day this week (according to weather forecast) and I have to drive with a car like that, who will carry the damage should anything happen, my car smells inside because of that water. There’s risk involved then PG glass Klerksdorp don’t seems to care. Why can’t they organize someone to come to me to fix they own mess?
