Bad service

I phoned my insurance and all necessary arrangements where made. A lady from pg glass called me and confirmed that I could bring my car in. I drove 30 minutes from westonaria to krugersdorp just to be told I am late. I was supposed to be there at 08h30 and the time was never communicated , I was just told to come and repair the chip. And the fact that I stood in front of the admins, while they fight and ignore me bad. Atleast if I was helped it could have been better. Branches like this need to bechecked out
