Bad Service.

You guys quoted me on Monday 28/08/2017 and I accepted the quote. On Tuesday I got a call from Sandton fitment centre requesting me to bring my car to fit a new glass. Oh_kay...I drive to Sandton on Wednesday (30/08/2017) and when I arrive there only to find out that the call centre lady ordered the wrong glass. Now you expect me to drive to Sandton fitment centre again the following day? He'll no. It is not my problem that you did not pay attention. It is your responsibility to make sure that you satisfy your customers.
