Bad management

On the 6th of December 2022 I went to PG Glass Bellville Cape Town to replace my windscreen. I waited for the technicians to finish the job and then 4 Africans arrived at PG Glass to repair a side window on their white polo car. The one African wave and the only white consultant was busy on her computer and didn't saw the African. As the White lady did not respond to him he went mad and called everyone ****** and then he came to me and start spitting like he scream talk and told me I'm also a ****** just because my skin is white. So he went to the manager of PG Glass Bellville and she did not handle this situation well she didn't even protect her staff against this issue a costumer "the African" started and made fun and jokes with him instead of handle the situation as a manager should. She the manager of PG Glass didn't even apologized to me or her staff. I hope the head office of PG Glass will read this review and stop putting someone in a position who doesn't belong there. I will not support PG Glass Bellville ever again!!
