Bad job, empty promises to replace and pay for the replacement work required

Pg Glass Malmesbury installed a large window in my house during renovations worth around R60 000. The job was extremely bad and my house was soaked when it rained. After a full year of complaining and begging for attention and AAMSA reports, PG Glass top management came around and agreed to fix the Malmesbury franchise mistake by asking me to find another service provider to re perform the job for which they would pay. I have now paid one year later another R60 000 for the replacement work to fix the PG Glass mistake and for the past three months, PG Glass management does not respond, no refund for the second window to fix their bad job they promised to pay for, nothing. This is a huge disappointment and significant loss. You think you are working with a reputable company. Be aware, when the job goes wrong, the loss will be yours. They are not trustworthy, do not honor their promises and should be avoided at all cost! Get someone else to install windows!
