Bad first time service

On Monday the 15 Febr2016 I phone Pq outo glass for a quotation on my sons car back window. They gave me a price and said they will come and repair it on Wednesday at 3 o'clock the afternoon. But they never showed up. After a will I phoned and there excuse was that the widow was never delivered from were they ordered it but they will come om Thursday at 3 o'clock at 3:15 I phoned only to hear it was only just then been delivered and they will be here in the next half hour but after half an hour they did not show up. They didn't even think for 1 minute to call me to apologise for going to be late or not for showing up. It was the first time I wanted to make use of there service but believe me it will be the last. You got one unhuppy fist time customer.
