Bad customer service at Edenvale PG Glass

I just had my windscreen replaced at PG Glass Edenvale. I was not at the time of ordering the new one informed that they are not fitting the original VW windscreen, but a much cheaper Shutterproof one. I was not given the importunity to decide whether I want it or not. This morning when I left my car with them, they only informed me that it is a generic and that is exactly the same as the VW one. I expected that if they remove a VW one that it will be replaced with a VW one. My insurer were blamed for this and I was told that they would not approve of the VW one because my car was not under warranty still. Besides that, the installation is very badly done and and the the trims are not put back properly. When I pointed it out to them, I got ignored and was told the manager is not in. When I called later and told the manager that I was NOT happy with it, he put the phone down while I was talking. I will also report this to my insurer and will not recommend them to any one I know.
