Bad attitude & poor workmanship!

Had windscreen replaced by the Krugersdorp mobile unit but they did a poor job so had to get them back to refit it. Guy threatened to take the windscreen and leave me with nothing if I don't pay the excess up-front. Then they wanted to use a sharp object to push in the "just a rubber seal" (condescendingly) They have a bad attitude and treat customers very poorly
