Bad attitude, POOR Service, Lazy staff

I've had a very horrible and bad experience with PG Glass in Fourways located at Fourways Crossings.

Wanted to only purchase a 10cmx10cm -- small size glass for a photo frame, they made me run around 3 times - it's actually the 4th week and I still could not put a glass to the photo frame.... First visit to the shop, and was told that the cutter was not there and I must come back next weekend; Second visit, the cutter was available but did not cut the glass straight as a result the glass did not fit in the frame and I only noticed it when I reached home when trying to fit that glass in the photo frame; Third time I went back to the shop - the salesperson had a very bad stinking attitude and said the cutter is not available- *** why are you even operating if you have no staff to do the wor**** I told him to rectify this **** service by at least delivering the glass when his cutter returns to work on Monday and the answer was No with ignorance following that. He then walked away while I was still busy talking.

I would definitely suggest anybody reading this review to rather support those smaller companies that provide the same service. Now that PG Glass is famous and the owner don't give a **** towards customer service, I will make sure 100% not to go back there nor any of its branches.
