Bad and ********** service

I really had a bad experience with PG glass. They never bothered about their customer complaints. I had my windshield replaced by them. The first thing they changed the price of the qoute told to me without notifying me. The second thing the come with a invoice thats scratched with pen over the 1st price given to me over the phone and come with a new price written on an invoice with black pen. Now the last thing they make wait for a week with out any feedback having to ask them every time any they never bother to reply. You guys must take accountability for mistakes you make from your side. Now people suffer in this rough time just to pay and you go and rip your source of income off. Where are the management...... Cause it seems that your staff cant handle a simple complaint. And i believe that scratching an invoice is **********. I am really getting tired of not being heard. Your service is really bad
