Avoid this branch if possible

Bad, bad, bad service from this branch at all levels.<br> Rude customer service from first walk-in. <br> On 9 Feb was contacted to schedule my car for windshield replacement and was assured windshield would be deliverd to them on 10 Feb, so car was booked for 11 Feb. I delivered the car at 8:30 on 11th and was assured they would call me in 2-3 hours. I had to call them at ~13:00 as I received no call from them and needed the car to fetch kids from school and was then informed that the windshield only arrived just now and they only now started on the job. I battled for 2 hours to reach Mr Eleck Mashigo (Centre Manager). Called his cell for 2 hours, left messages. He never called back. When I managed to reach him he was full of lame excuses about leaving his phone in the office and \I\" must understand that he is understaffed. Even after telling him I was severely unhappy - he did not even ask why I was unhappy. Not once did he attempt to listen to my gripes about the bad service. He is not interested in the bad service he and his staff offer at this branch. In the end I had to interrupt his monologue about his problems, indicating that I wished to pay and leave"
