Atrocious customer service

We are having major problems with PG Glass in particular their Krugersdorp office. We contacted them last year to come measure and replace hail damaged windows. They never returned to do the repairs. Approximately a month ago we contacted them again about the same damaged windows, they can and measured and to date have never been back to do the repairs not even a courtesy call to delay nothing
