APPALLING PG Glass service!

APPALLING service from PG Glass! I honestly didn't ever expect that customer service could be so bad. It has taken two weeks after my initial visit to a branch, another visit and roughly twenty telephone calls to finally have PG Glass come to replace the window of my car. It only took a week and a half to have them order the glass and book a time slot to have it replaced. When they finally arrived four hours after they were scheduled to arrive, they had brought a windscreen instead of the correct window; this being after I told them explicitly on the phone which window it was when they mentioned the "windscreen" they were coming to replace. Because it was late on a Friday, they could not order the window till Monday morning and promised to come replace the window Tuesday morning. The manager I was speaking to then asked if i would like to purchase a temporary glass to cover the hole for the weekend, which i declined. Three hours later, i received a call to say that someone had arrived to install my temporary glass, and that it would be added to my final bill. At this point, i tried getting hold of someone who actually cares about the customers of PG Glass, but to no avail. The only numbers i was able to find anywhere, were for people at head office who would undoubtedly confess to not giving a damn. Finally, a car has just arrived at 4pm the following Tuesday to replace the window, but brought another windscreen! I am at a loss for words. How can you be sent back for bringing the wrong piece of glass, and come back, late, four days later, with the same piece of glass. I am not mad anymore. I am long past that. I have just accepted that by dealing with PG Glass, my window will never be fixed and that i must just get used to owning a car with one less window. It baffles me how a company could grow this big, with customer service so poor. 12/10 would recommend covering your broken car window with a black plastic bag before trying to deal with PG Glass.
