An Individual to be Proud of

This review is not for the company but for Absolom from the PG Mobile unit. What a star PG has. He keeps the customer calm and tries to assist by all means. So much so that even though they cracked my windshield even more and I had to drive home with a hugely cracked windshield because the communication did not happen between the dealership and PG, and even though I was very annoyed, Absolom did try to cover up the situation. He gave me his word that he would ensure that if he was not able to return, someone would return to replace the windscreen the next day with the correct windscreen. The next morning, Absolom and his team arrived to complete the job. I truly hope that Absolom received the credit he deserves as he is an asset to the PG Glass Mobile unit. It's all about keeping the customer informed and calm. Well done Absolom!!
