Allen's Nek poor telephone service
When I call in to your branch in Allen's Nek Roodepoort I don't have the time and money to 'hold on for an insurance agent' for a full 4 minutes before they come on line. As you are no doubt fully aware the cost of cellphone airtime is very expensive, especially for pensioners. Poor service.
