Allen's Nek branch turned me away

I went to the Allen's Nek branch to get an insurance inspection which should take no more than a few minutes. I arrived at 11:50 and they had already locked their doors even though they only close at 12. Then a staff member came out with a customer to check their car and I stopped her to check if they were open. She was visibly irritated and rushing. She rudely asked me what I wanted and I told her an inspection. Before I could finish my sentence she interrupted to say no there are other customers inside and just walked off. Such terrible customer service - because I'm not going to be paying anything I don't even get a chance. They hadn't actually closed and I was turned away! Now I have to drive for 2 days without insurance coverage 'til I can find another PG on Monday because they wanted to leave a few minutes earlier rather than do their job. So rude.
