Absolutely pathetic non- service

I lodge a claim to have a vehicle side window replaced. When I phone to find out what is taking so long, I am told the claim is denied BECAUSE MY BROKER'S PHONE WENT ONTO VOICEMAIL. If your stars went into the negative, I would select that.
