Absolute Careless Customer Service

<p>Phoned PG Glass Krugersdorp about a broken shower door panel to be inspected and quoted for,</p> <p>This was on a friday...</p> <p> </p> <p>From the point of the phone call it was evident that these people are not really in the mood to assist</p> <p>anyone as the answering woman Adel just had this negative energy over her and at the time I needed to</p> <p>know whether the driiver is still on his way as it was getting really late..</p> <p> </p> <p>Then she (Adel) said she will call me back immediately and this turned into another 20 minutes later.</p> <p>I phoned back - not in a good mood at this point!! and then she says the bakkie is still standing outside and the</p> <p>driver cannot be reached on his cellphone... She then says the earliest she can assist me is on monday...</p> <p> </p> <p>I will start googling I guess since they dont seem to need the money...!!</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT POOR SERVICE RECEIVED !!!!!</p> <p> </p>
