A very bad service i ever experience in my life

I booked a windscreen fitting for the 1st April with Dineo.I arrived at 7h40 and i told receptionist if i can release my wife as she is running late at work.She said its okay they will arrange with a driver to drop me at work since it is not far.I put my car in.Dineo arrived at 08h00 and she said a driver is arranged to take me to work.I waited for 10 minutes unattended until i make followups with Dineo.She was less interested in my case and just busy inspecting other cars.I decided to leave as i was just left unattended to.I arrived late at work and the worst part is that i was not helped.<br> It is very sad if there are still companies that treat people like this in this bad economic conditions.They should have just told me immediately that they wont help me.I will make sure that i spread the word regarding the treatment i received from PG glass.
