1 week and glass still not ordered

<p>A calim was approved on 7 March 2017. two days went by and nothing was done to get the required glass. I have phoned one dealership and they could get the glass within one day. On Thursday 16 March I have contacted PG Glass and notified them. They ensured that the dealer will be paid in order for them to order. Its been 4 day later, and still NO payment to the dealer for them to order the required glass. This is unacceptable - one full week has passed without any progress.</p>
