ZERO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY FROM PEUGEOT

<p>I purchased a vehicle from Peugeot Pinetown in October 2016. Almost 5 months later I have not yet received my license plates/ registration. Nobody has contacted me from the dealership since it closed. I escalated the matter to Peugeot South Africa and was advised that Peugeot Pinetown have not settled the car with Peugeot South Africa and this is the reason that my registration has been held up</p> <p> </p> <p>Peugeot South Africa advised me further that the General Manager would contact me further to discuss the matter but nobody has called me. My deal agreed with Peugeot Pinetown around 5 year maintenance plan is also not loaded with Peugeot South Africa (I discovered this upon following up about my registration and after being tipped off by one of the sales consultants that worked at Peugeot Pinetown to follow up on my deal specifics)</p> <p>I am being penalised for an issue between Peugeot South Africa and one of it's dealers/ agents in Peugeot (VUZA) Pinetown. This is grossly unfair and grossly wrong</p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently being forced to drive around with temporary registration that expired yesterday and with no resolution/ support from Peugeot South Africa as to how this is going to be resolved</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have only ever driven Peugeot(this us my third Peugeot) and I have never experienced such apathy for client regard and such poor service. This whole experience has lent credence to everyone who is against the brand and I know understand why there is such a passionate belief amongst consumers of how bad Peugeot is (really saddens me to say that I have been wrong about Peugeot all these years)</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be escalating this matter further. This is only the beginning as people cannot be treated like this by big business. STAY WAY FROM PEUGEOT</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
