A big thank you to the General Manager Mr. Lance Ritchie! <br> <br> I ordered a part from one of the Peugeot Branches, but the department never ordered the part and 14 days later told me it was received..only to get there and be told that it was never ordered..did not make sense at all, I then contacted the General Manager, Lance Ritchie and was surprised <br> by the feedback received..truly knocked me off my feet..(I was very upset about the incident having a business trip I had to cancel)..Mr Ritchie kept me up to date, rep**** on every email sent, apologized and a day later contacted me to collect a courtesy vehicle from the Edenvale Branch..never expected this, but well done to excellent service!!!
