WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I Took my Peugeot 207 GTi 2011 in for minor service in 2014, Peugeot put wrong sparkplugs which caused a lot of damage and a lot of money to repair, they requested my car to go back to flush my engine from porcelain only to find that there was so many complaints that a celebrity band had the branch closed down and my car was never 100% again. I was advised to go to Peugeot Krugersdorp (Hendrik potgieter road) as westgate branch mess-ups are fixed there on Monday 30 May 2016 took my car there for major service, my car was driving fine no issues at all. I was called yesterday 02 June2016 to collect my car, when I got there my cars battery was dead, after they jumpstarted it, my car shook like hell and the Fan was running even if the motor was cold. I then had argument with the mechanic because my car was fine before. He advised he only has to reset the computer box and out of knowledge I told him the problem will recur again. He resetted my computer and told me to get in the car whilst he took it for a test drive. During the test drive I heard a bang noise my car jerked and there was just smoke everywhere. The mechanic drove my car (with no power,shaking,smoking, can’t drive more than 20KM/h) back to his store. I called today only to be told that I need to Pay R4000 for them to see what is wrong and that I need to pay for the repair. My car was 100% fine going in and now I have to collect a car that can’t even drive and smokes. I keep having bad luck and feel so scared to take my car to puegeot as it always comes back damaged.</p>
