Worst after service ever

Peugeot Eastrand, what is it with the after sales service, Williams hunt the glen wont return my calls or messages and its impossible to get hold of there spares department, Peugeot Eastrand does not want to help telephonically, they want me to email them everything. why do I call you, because I want assistance, I would email you if I had all day to wait for a response. I will never buy any vehicle affiliated to peugeot. They have no idea how to look after their clients
