William hunt Midrand and Citroen SA , Support them at your own risk.

I had a problem with a dealership (William hunt) Midrand branch concerning my vehicle.I reported my problem to the Manufacturer (Citroen) with the hope that they will assist me by making sure that the dealership gives me a fair deal. At Citroen I was assisted by a very weak consultant by the name of Thabang Morukhuladi, who instead of handing my issue over to his seniors as he knew that he was incapable of doing anything better to assist me as an unhappy client , he decided to handle it himself by doing nothing at all and ended up taking the side of the dealership to add to my frustrations. Both William hunt Midrand and Citroen South Africa are the worst night mares.At William hunt Midrand my issue was handled by Oliver Paulse, who never bothered to give me feedback on my car as it was with the dealership for almost three weeks of February , I was supposed to call him and most of the time he would not pick up my calls to update me,2 days would pass with out being given a feedback even though they knew very well that my car was my source of income and whenever I requested a courtesy car I would be told to come and take my car even though it was not fixed yet. The trauma I suffered for the whole month of February 2024 while dealing with the unprofessional and uncaring staff of both William hunt and Citroen SA who did not care about me as their client and the trauma I was caused by their car which I bought less than 2years ago and was assured that it was one of the best brands only to find that it would start giving me problems so soon. Oliver Paulse later told me to come and fetch my car even though it was still not fixed with the brakes problem and told me to bring it back after driving it for few days.... Stephen Burns ,his manager told me to sign a document which confirmed that I took the car with faulty brakes at my own risk, which I refused to sign. I will never forget the way I was treated by William hunt and Citroen, it's really hard to believe that they are capable of such... These companies do not hide it that they only care about our money. Deal with them at your own risk.
