Westvaal Peugeot SHOCKING service

On Thursday last week I took my car in for a strange noise. I have spent the last couple of days trying to understand if they fixed the noise. Then they told me it needed a service, the car did not alert me to one and with this lock down and COVID things got messed up. Today I spent the day chasing them to find if my car is ready. I called twice now. Now I get told its in the wash bay. I still don't know if the first problem it went in for is sorted!
