Warrantee parts not paid

<p>A Bluetooth on my car stopped working in June this year. I reported it at Peugeot Hatfield. They said they will fix it since it is still under warrantee. I made a booking for it. In July I took it in, they took the vehicle the whole day only to be informed later when I went to collect the car that the problem is not the Bluetooth but the radio itself. They promised to order the radio for me still under warrantee. In August I was informed that the radio arrived. Again I booked in the vehicle the whole day. Later when I went to collect it I was informed that they ordered the wrong radio. They said they already placed an order of the right radio in France. I kept on checking if the radio arrived. Finally in November I was informed that the radio arrived. I booked the vehicle in again the whole day. Only to be informed later that their Head Office refuse to authorise payment because they used the wrong code of the radio. The code appear as if the radio is a rebuild. It was around 16:45 then I tried to call their customer service for clarity. I found a voice recording that said "you have reached us outside our working hours, our working hours is from 8:00 to 5:00 Mondays to Friday's". I then took the vehicle and left. The following day I called customer service to clarify the matter then I spoke to a lady named Zanele. She promised to follow it up and come back to me within an hour. I then called back again after about 5 hours where she informed me she is still awaiting feedback from warrantee and Hatfield branch. After a few days she called me to inform me that warrantee does not cover the radio and made reference to the book that was never issued to me. I informed her that I have all the books that were given when I bought the vehicle but the one she is referring to was not issued to me thus it's terms do not apply to me. If they wanted it to apply to me they would have given me the book when I purchased the vehicle. She then said I should give her time she will check what she can do. Another day she called to inform me that warrantee will pay 50% of the claim she says this is goodmanship. I told her that I will not pay the remaining half as I was informed that the warrantee will cover it and all those times when I was booking in the vehicle there was not even once when I was informed that the radio is not covered. She said she will try to sort it out with the dealer, later I received an email from her supervisor indicating parts of the discussions I had with Zanele. On the 1st December I received another email from the supervisor saying that Hatfield will not pay the other 50% I have to pay it. Why do they call it maintenance plan if I have to pay money from my pockets when it is still covered? why did they promise that it will be covered while they knew it was not? Why did they not give me the book that Zanele was referring to if they wanted it's terms to apply to me? Please assist me in settling this matter. </p> <p> </p>
