Waiting on parts for more than 3 months

My Peugeot 308 1.6 (automatic) went in on the 5th of September 2019 at Peugeot Citroen Tygervalley (Mekor) to fix a small oil leak. I was told that they will need to remove engine, remove and strip crank, reseal, rebuild/replace crank, cradle and engine. In total the quotation is about R19,000 for the job, of which more than R13,000 are just for labour. Never new that being a mechanic pays more than an IT professional per hour, wouldn't mind getting R800 per hour. I was told the parts needs to be ordered from France and would take 5 to 6 weeks. Fortunately they gave me a loan car, for which I am very grateful, but it is still a inconvenience to my family, who normally shares my car, and can't with the loan car. It has now been more than 13 weeks of waiting for the parts. I was told that they are only waiting for 4 bolts, and it will be delivered on the 30th of November latest, that date came and went. I was told yesterday that it might only come in next year January, that is more than 4 months! There goes my vacation plans. If it was specialised parts I might have understood, but bolts! I can't see Peugeot SA continue this way in South Africa, and I can't wait to get rid of my car, which I do love, just so that I don't waste so much money and time.
