Waiting for a part for too long

I would like to complain about the BAD service that I get from Peugeot Fourways branch. Pamela from John Morrison Panelbeaters had placed an order three weeks ago. We can't get the delivery date and Patrick just cant help us. We have been waiting for the part for too long. Can you please intervene.
