Waaayyy too long for a service!!

I gave my car in to be repaired 28/5/2018 at the Fourways branch, and was told: "You will see on the quotation some of your parts are coming from France which will take around 15 to 20 working days to arrive ."It is now 12/7/2018 and I STILL don't have my car. I then find out, a friend of mine has been waiting for 3 MONTHS. If you import your parts and it takes THIS long for parts to get to a dealership (who can only do so much), you are not importing enough, regularly or properly. I am losing out on clients, as I cannot go see them, roughly R10 000 so far and I cannot keep doing this and expect to still have a job. I NEED MY CAR. Get a better way to import, I am waiting lamost 3 months myself now and the bill to Still pay is about R 7000 THAT I STILL NEED TO PAY (total being R 29 800+-). It is a n expensiove service, the least you can do is have the parts needed, in South Africa (East Londen apparently has a factory, I heard). It is affecting my work, I can't have that happen, all the dealership can do is wait for Peugot the give them the parts. Please guys, customer dissapointment!!!!!!!
