Very poor service from Peugeot Isando, Northcliff and roadside assist

I bought a Peugeot 208 in May 2015, think what a great deal as the car only did 29 000 km at that point. Barely had the car and realised this car is much heavier on fuel and that something is not right with my brakes. so took it to Peugeot Edenvale. they just replaced some spring that cost me R850. 2 weeks later noise came back, but as i cant just take off anytime as my job is demanding and just left it. brakes just went from bad to reallu bad, so this problem i just leave. then my car breaks down in December, gets towed to Peugeot Isando and after about 4 hours i decide to call seeing that this is 10 min from my house and no one has phoned. only to find out the car is there, but they want to know what happend to the battery. then we realise the battery and spare wheel has been ****** by the approve Peugeot towing company. go to the branch and it is a big joke and get told o well they cant fix the car until the battery is in. they blaming Peugeot assist and assist says Peugeot Isando has to sort it out. all this time i had to follow up as no calls coming from either Peugeot's. so the so called problem, fault on computer. day later i can collect. so JAN 2016, about 2 weeks after my breakdown, i have another breakdown. so vehicle is going in again. clearly Isando had not fixed the mistake. so this time i am at peugeot fourways, yet again, i have to phone seeing that i have more time and airtime. problem broken fuel peddle. so going to take a couple of days, i decide let me phone peugeot customer care, as if i dont phone fourways i will never know my car status and same time need to find out if a loan car is possible as this problem is the fault of poor work done by Peugeot dealer. all i get is a sorry no cars available. so me again had to make a plan, leave home at 4 to ensure my lift can help, this i need to do for a week. Peugeot can not care and dont understand i dont have the time. so the brakes still not working like it should, you would think Peugeot Fourways while having the car would do a check. so i get the car back and 1 week later my brakes are steel against steel. so as Isando is my nearest branch take it to them to repair. so all good done under maintenance plan. couple days later i have the original noise back. so i know my 1 year service is coming up, so will check then. service is done at northcliff and all they can say is the brakes had dust. another branch that i had to phone to find out if my car is done. now the car has done about 4000/5000 km is even so much since the brakes and disc was replaced. but now it sound like i am breaking on steel and the car shakes. my point is that the dealers and Peugeot does not understand that people dont have time to go back for their poor service. i have a job that keeps me busy until 6/7 at night, i dont have the time to collect my car because their dealers cant fix the car the first time. but seeing that this problem has come back even after the brakes have been replaced is clear there is a deeper problem that none of the dealers have tried to find. i have now emailed customer care to see if a real solution to my problem will be given. before i think i might go over the head of Peugeot SA because clearly my car has a fault that can cause me my life or even damages. please see this out of my eyes as someone without time to resolve Peugeot problems. i would rather at this point walk than ever own a Peugeot again.

very sad to know the level of customer care from Peugeot. no wonder it is a very slow moving brand in SA.

Shaun
