Useless

I ordered parts from Peugeot Fourways and sent my driver to collect the parts on the morning of 11.12.2015.I contacted the branch in the morning to ascertain whether my proof of payment had been received.At that time-08H35 when i spoke to the spares department I WAS NOT TOLD AT ANY STAGE THAT THE BRANCH WOULD BE CLOSING AT A SPECIFIC TIME. I run a workshop in Greenside and that is far away from you guys.Not only have you wasted my time and fuel but you have hugely inconvenienced my customer-who due to your ineptness will not be getting his car for the weekend.I am extremely upset at this as seeing as i have been dealing with this dealership for awhile now.
