Unsatisfied

I ordered lights for a rear bumper and only upon collection I realized don't need the Reflector light, I requested for a refund they said they won't be able to take them back. Their policy doesn't allow them. ( Bloemfontein dealership) It was never disclosed to me when I purchased.

Please help me understand because I know if you've a proof of purchase you can return items or exchange.
