unbelievable good service

I did a online enquiry regarding a replacement part on Sunday, Monday morning even before normal business hours Bhekie Hlongwane emailed me with details of my closest branch, I went to them and got a esitimate but they told me I have to wait about 6 weeks, i emailed Bhekie Hlongwane last night, and this morning before 8 he called me back, he told me he looked every where and only France have the part, but he said it wont take so long, he also offered to assist in speeding up the prosces, said as soon as made payment he will personaly follow up and keep in formed and assist where possible to get replacement part as soon as possible. now that is customer service on the best level possible, I am a customer care manager and know what good service is, he went even beyond the level of my expectations! I will make payment tomorow , with service like this, They will have my support for ever!
